I offer in-person sessions at 2160 The Alameda Suite C, San Jose, CA 95126, depending on availability. Additionally, I provide virtual sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth option. This allows me to work with clients throughout California. Please reach out to discuss scheduling and availability.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. During this call, you will have the opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and to ask any questions you might have for me. I will share my therapeutic style, and together we can determine if we would be a good fit. This conversation is intended to be an open and relaxed conversation to ensure you feel comfortable moving forward.

Currently, I only accept private pay and do not take insurance. However, I do accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). If needed, I can provide a superbill that your insurance may use for potential reimbursement. Please be aware that a diagnosis will be required if you request a superbill.

Individual therapy sessions are $185 per 50 minute session.
My sliding scale availability changes regularly, so please contact me directly to inquire about current openings. With questions on my sliding scale, I invite you to think about the Green Bottle model, knowing that those who pay toward the higher end help support lower rates for others.
Additionally, I offer "solidarity" rates for folks with multiple marginalized identities who still find the sliding scale difficult. I also offer a "pay it forward" rate available for those with financial means who wish to contribute more than the listed fees.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. By law, health care providers must give patients who are without or not using insurance, an estimate of expected charges for all services, including psychotherapy.
You will receive this Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy. You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service.
If you receive a bill, at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For more:
