What I Do

First, I want to say welcome and recognize your courage in seeking therapy.

As a licensed clinical social worker in Campbell, I work with adults, teens and children who are seeking support in their personal or professional lives.

My goal is to offer clients a safe place to talk openly, sort through concerns, and examine patterns and behaviors. Together, we can work to strengthen communication, gain new insight, and develop healthy skills that you can use in everyday life. I focus on highlighting strengths, resiliency and supporting clients in finding their voice.

What Is Therapy?

Therapy is a sacred space where a therapist and client collaborate to address unresolved distress and better understand oneself in efforts to live a more fulfilling life. Just as we prioritize our physical health, it is equally important to prioritize our mental/emotional health and therapy can play a supportive role.

MY PRACTICE IS A SAFE SPACE.

I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities in my practice in order to create individually tailored treatments for my clients. My belief is that my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you and empower you on your journey. I offer reflection, whole-hearted listening, authenticity and a gentle approach to change making. My goal is to strengthen your sense of self worth and support you in seeing your resilience.

It is important to me to address each person in their entirety - including one’s physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self. My style of therapy is focused on the present while also acknowledging and honoring how past patterns impact you today.

I employ a culturally sensitive approach, and am committed to celebrating diversity including ethnicity, color, sexual orientation, gender, faith, ability.
